Cost me £100 for the tablet so open to sensible offers on them together or just. Disabling Anti-Virus software while installing was necessary, and also white-listing the VCDS folder when re-enabling.
It included the same 12.12.0 software and it did install correctly. The internals was not hidden by any glue or sticky stuff, and components are identical to the item images in the sellers AD. Ross-Tech gave a credit for having purchased VCDS Lite when I upgraded to a genuine, full Ross-Tech cable I probably use 1-5 of VCDS capabilities but the cost is SO reasonable for what you get.
